Ryan and Jenn, husband and wife and the proud owners of The Cabyn, located in downtown Baker City. At its opening, they each brought 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. After working in various restaurants and bars across Oregon and Idaho, they saved up enough to turn their dream into reality.

You might wonder why they chose the name The Cabyn with a “Y.” The “Y” symbolizes the whimsical nature of the food, beverages, and atmosphere – along with the character of the people who work at the restaurant.
