An hour lunch break at 5 pm?
We’d hoped to go here but upon arriving around 5 pm we were told all staff had just “gone out for their lunch break” and consequently there would be no food or service for one hour. Pretty unsettling—

Not as good as last few times!
You will have now have a 5% living wage surcharge added to your bill. It would have been better if they just raised all the prices a small amount. Granted the 5% isn't much but we are all facing the same increases as everyone else. The items we ordered were not hot or fresh this time. The cheese wontons tasted like they had been cooked more than once. The service is friendly as always and not as busy as it usually is!

Second time here!
The food is really good. Busy little place right off Hwy 101. The staff is very friendly and provide great customer service. We ordered our food to go. The only downfall is when you have tempura fried items and have a small drive home the containers trap the moisture in keeping the food from staying crisp. The food is always prepared fresh when you order it. The sushi rolls are very delicious. Everything is reasonably priced. They have a small indoor dining area, and it is usually busy. It is a nice little addition to the Newport Dining Scene!

Great Food and Friendly Service
My partner has food allergies, but sushi is on his list of safe foods so we went there. The waitress was super patient and when they were out of steamed rice, she offered a couple alternatives on the house. The sushi tastes fresh and is made to order.

Delicious food, super nice staff!
Everything we ordered was delicious. All of the staff were very nice and service was quick. What a gem along Hwy 101.
