Great Mexican food and service in casual environment.
On one visit I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were great. Lots of meat. The second visit I ordered steak and Al Pastor style (double combo) fajitas, and they were good too, but chicken was my favorite.

Terrible
We live local and this use to be ‘decent’ at best… has gone way down hill. Higher prices, lower quantity and the quality is disgraceful. Won’t ever go back.

Still Makes My Mouth Water.
Oh my goodness, what a happy accident. We drove down from Seattle to our AirBnB that was way out in the woods. Getting on in the evening and we were hungry and in no mood to drive all the way into Grants Pass. Saw that there were a few restaurants in Merlin and Tacomania was open. I had the traditional 3 item combination plate and it was the real deal. Tamale, Enchilada, and a Chile Relleno, along with the rice, beans, and fresh tortillas. My lovely dining companion had a smaller tostada plate and we were stuffed when we left. I both prepare and consume Mexican food on a very regular basis and this meal was way up there on goodness. I will absolutely come back here again. Even if I have to claw my way back here.

Great food off the beaten path
We were introduced to this restaurant by a friend who lives in Merlin. All the locals Residents, and local state police officers drive in off I-5 to enjoy their food.. we arrived to a very friendly staff and were waited on imm. The chips and salsa are very good. I had the chili Verdi, the wife said her chicken quesadillas were the best she has ever had. Out friend had the taco salad which was immense. All the dishes were very generous portions. Top rated. The locals In Merlin have a real gem in this place.

Small town GEM!!
I saw this restaurant for a few days and when the time was right got myself a really tasty burrito. The gals upfront were very attentive and greeted me when I came inside... I took a couple minutes to order the Carne asada burro and they threw in a small bag of chips for my to go order. The burrito was piping hot, very flavorful and a good size too! My only regret is passing by the salsa bar to add some heat and spice to my chips...My fault there, but a fabulous southwest meal up in the northwest part of the world:)
