Amazing
We visited this place 10 years ago and had a good memory, so we tried it again. The night we went they had fresh, pan-fried oysters, and they were absolutely amazing. My wife had fresh fish and chips, some of the best ever! They had beers on tap for most tastes; we went craft local and again, amazing! There was only one server, it was a very busy evening with a mix of locals and vacationers, and she was, yes, amazing! It is an older place, and at first glance you might be put off. Just sit down and order. You will likely love it.

local fish and chips
We went here on the advice of our fishing guide. He said they used locally caught fish for their fish and chips. It was good. So were the hush puppies, fries and coleslaw. Service was friendly. It wasn't busy at all for a weekday lunch. It really is a dive bar, and proud of it. It's mainly locals and the prices reflect that, unlike some other restaurants in town that cater to tourists. If you don't mind a dive bar atmosphere, I would recommend it.

Easter dinner
We stopped here for dinner on Easter Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised by the food. I had the 16oz Ribeye steak and was cooked and seasoned perfect it came with a baked potato and a nice salad. My wife had a grilled cheese sandwich with Jo Jo’s and she said for a grilled cheese sandwich it was good. The bar was full of regulars and pretty busy for a Sunday night the service was ok and not great.

If your not local - Don’t go
Terrible service, if they do not know you, you have no chance of getting served. Has gone downhill the last 3 years
