Stopped in for an afternoon treat. Friendly staff answered my questions and sampled some flavors. I settled on taro and Belgian biscuit - two unusual gelato flavors - both tasted delicious. (Too bad there was no espresso gelato that day.) Reasonably priced. Would gladly return many times
I had not had much considering desserts during my trip to Seaside. The final night I went to Sea Star. It had been a while since having gelato and with all the accolades hanging on banners outside, I figured this was the place to go. One of the best desserts I have had. I went with double scoop and they serve big ones. I went with Oregon dirt pie (mud pie type) and blackberry chocolate and both were fantastic. The staff is very friendly and there is ample seating for a "hole in the wall" style place. Gelato can be harder to find in some places, but Seaside has a great find. Must go to place if you like this type of thing.
Loved our gelatos, so glad we came across this place! We had sicilian pistachio, white chocolate macadamia, coffee toffee, and double espresso over the two nights we were in Seaside, and loved ALL OF THEM! ❤️
The long line is totally worth it!!! I had the Wild Berry and it was some of the best gelato I’ve had, and I’ve been to Italy.
We went here 3 times this trip it was soooo good. The pink grapefruit was amazing but we loved all the flavors we got. There is a line but it goes pretty fast. We waited about 15 minutes each time we went but it is worth the wait.
