One star, do not recommend
I was excited to try out Sea Level as I had only had their baked goods at the Famers' Market. My experience was not good. It's really too bad, given I'm a local and really miss another cafe on the northern coast that no longer exists. I am an adult and a wheelchair user and came with my mother (my caregiver). We ordered coffee and when asked if there would be anything else Mom said "not at the moment, but we will be ordering sandwiches to go when we leave." We sat at a table. My latte was brought to me in a to-go cup (why?). I asked that it be remade and not in a to-go cup, which they did. The latte was fine. When we went to order the sandwiches, we were told there was no bread. Wouldn't the time to tell us there was no bread for sandwiches be when we ordered the coffee and said we'd be ordering sandwiches? I had communicated the owner of the cafe (it's recently been renovated) and asked about wheelchair accessibility as I am disabled. Yes they have a handicapped parking spot (no space next to it, so not a van/wheelchair user accessible spot). And then there is no way to get from the parking spot into the cafe, because between the parking spot and the ramp into the cafe is gravel and a step to get up onto the sidewalk. I had to be pushed down the street (in traffic, basically), beyond the businesses next door until there was an area I could access the sidewalk and then be rolled to the ramp and enter the cafe. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and I was able to use it. If you're not disabled, want your coffee to go, and don't mind them being out of almost everything they offer in terms of food items by 11AM, this place is for you. I did not feel welcome and I won't go back.

Nice Place
The key here is the bakery - they do good food. The coffee is a decent medium roast - the temperature and the right quantity in good ceramic cups (versus overheated in paper cups that you too often see). It’s a nice environment.

A Gem of a small town Coffee place.
If you want a good cup of freshly made coffee exactly the way you ordered with a friendly smiles and services along with their home baked pastries without the hassle of fighting the crowds of the Cannon Beach tourists, then you should go here. This is where we come to first whenever we are in the area. Please note that they are open on Fridays through Mondays only so check their store hours.
