Too much for just a bagel
Visited on Memorial Day. Store was busy (not too busy — maybe like 3 people ahead of us to order)— ordered a bagel and half BLT sandwich with chips. After 10 minutes checked on status of order, they said it would be another 20 minutes wait. After 20 minutes (waiting in store) I went back up and asked about order . Again , they said “another 20 minutes “. (That they had a few people ahead of me) — now , at that point I saw one person that ordered before me and being that now we are going on an supposed hour wait for a bagel and half BLT — they offered a refund. We accepted that and left. This gave me the impression that they were short staffed or disorganized. We really wanted to try a bagel that they advertised with honey and apricot jam — so the next day we “ordered ahead” on the app and scheduled a pickup.. when we finally got to try the bagel — it was good - it just seems that you shouldn’t have to go through all that to get a bagel ( and forget the BLT — we didn’t even retry ordering this)

Amazing Food!!
Food was excellently prepared, great prices for a lot of food. Waiting staff and servers are very attentive!

serves good drinks
Go here when you need some liquid courage to spend money at this mall OR if you just want to sit by a fire and chit chat with friends over bloody marys

Good but very slow
I stopped here on my way out of town to head back home. I wanted a trendy, unique coffee shop, rather than a boring drive thru. I will say this place is adorable, and my lavender white mocha was delicious. But the wait was ridiculous….28 mins waiting for my drink. I have been a barista for 8 years, working at many different coffee shops and never, even on my busiest day, has one of my customers had to wait 28 mins for their drink. And I have worked at Starbucks on Christmas Day which says a lot. The barista working was nice but had no sense of urgency.

Stale bagle, the coffee was worse!!!
Well, my wife and I went here when we were on a short trip to treat ourself to a great bagel as we pulled out of town. I got the jalapeno bagel with chive smoked salmon cream cheese. The bagel was, I guess, 2-3 days old. Definitely stale, but not rock hard. And the cream cheese? Served in a small container with a knife. Somehow, everywhere else, when I order a bagel with cream cheese--for $7-- the bagel is fresh, and the cream cheese is on the bagel. And the $5.25 large Americano ? Either the very end of a large pot, sitting out overnight, or they are using a lousy instant coffee. And-- with no one else in the place (there were a couple of people already eating/drinking/chatting in back) and with 3 people behind the counter-- this took 15 minutes. If theree was less than 1 star I would give it. I can see why they get their tip upfront. It would have been a copper penny.
