Visited during a recent visit to see my folks in Albany. This is definitely where the locals come to eat. Been in operation for over 40 years and I can see why it's still in operation. Exceptional diner food with great service! My wife and I shared the Denver omelette and a stack of pancakes. Food was delicious and we appreciated that they separated onto two plates for us. Pancakes were fluffy, easy to cut and yummy. I don't travel much to Albany but when I do, will be back!

Classic diner!
This place is classic diner! We picked this place because it was near a meeting point with family. It was very busy, which is always a good thing, and the wait staff was very friendly and extremely fast. Our table had patty melts and burgers. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Definitely visit again if we are in the area. Check it out.

We went to have breakfast and sat at the bench to eat and Michelle older lady with ink on her right forearm was VERY RUDE and attitude NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!! We came to have a good meal and it was but her attitude was WORTHLESS and i know you were busy but thats good! But NO NEED TO TREAT US WITH A SMERK AND ATTITUDE!! I will also post this as much as i can and i will also see about BBB cause of her attitude!! There was NO NEED for such disrespect!

Exception home cooking you can afford!
Headed south and had business in Albany, but hadn't had breakfast. Pickups parked outside, and only a few spaced vacant is a good sign. IMHO. BOY was in luck. Breakfast was delicious and exceptional value! Chicken fried steak and eggs!! Very good service. I'll stop there every chance I get, though, 200 miles from home.
