Terrible, over cooked and over priced!
Horrible meal and service. Beginning with the appetizer, the shrimp cocktail was made up of these very small shrimp, like you'd see in an egg roll. I felt like that should have been better described in the menu as we were expecting the more traditional medium to large size shrimp. The lettuce in the salads was wilted. We never received a bread basket though every other table did. Anything that wasn't deep fried was over cooked - 2 of the diners ordered steaks and both were well done though they were ordered medium, lobster tail was overcooked and rubbery. I had the Salmon Charleston and it was burnt to a crisp on the bottom. Additionally, the dish was described as "salmon medallions" but it was definitely more like salmon cakes, like a frozen patty. One patty had crab on top, the other had shrimp, both unseasoned and the shrimp were cold. The waitress disappeared and didn't even bother asking if we wanted a box, it was like she knew how terrible it was. Definitely would not recommend or return.

So-So Food, Terribly Overpriced, Slow Service
I really dislike writing reviews like this. But consider yourself warned. Our meal and experience here, by far, was the worst we've ever had while traveling. Service was incredibly slow, we were one of only two dining groups at the time, and our lunch took an hour and 15 minutes to be fully served. I say "fully" b/c after approx. one hour, only drinks, two small appetizers and two small bowls of soup had been served. We waited another 20 minutes for two simple chicken caesar salads, a sandwich, and basic fish and chips. Not complicated. They forgot a third bowl of soup, but by then I had lost my appetite and didn't even eat. It's almost as if they simply short-staffed, yet no one was apologetic about service or the food. One in our party ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, which literally arrived as a chicken patty with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. No marinara, a soggy bun, and a raw, wet onion slice on the side. Meal cost $160 (!) and was served on paper plates with pre-packaged utensils, drinks were served in paper cups. Food is not great and terribly overpriced. There is no view, terrible atmosphere. We thought about getting up and leaving, however by that time we had already ordered and didn't feel comfortable disputing the bad service and meal.

Timelessly eloquent
Classic restaurant and lounge, timelessly decorated, great location. Food is generously portioned with lots of extras included, sauces tasted as though they were made in house, and the staff was excellent!

Friendly Server, Poor, Horrible food, Poor Leadership, and Very Dirty Carpet, Chairs, and Windows
Very nice server. The food was terrible, very low quality and very expensive. We received two napkin and silverware rollup both napkins were dirty. So we asked for paper napkins. It's definitely an ownership issue. The dining room chairs, windows and carpets are very dirty.
