Outstanding pizza dough and great atmoshphere.
Wherever I travel, I would always look for the nearby pizza establishment. Pisano was the place I wanted to visit during our stay in Bend, OR. The service were excellent and the pizza selections were numerous. We ordered two types: arugula with pruscuitto and the other was americano. Four of us were very please with what we ordered. I mentioned to one of the owners- Jesse- mentioned that there Biga/starter is almost 9 years old. This place have a wonderful atmosphere and we would come back in the future.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!
Came in to Pisano's after we passed it on Hwy 20 driving to the RV park. After setting up the RV we hopped in the truck and drove back to Pisano's. What a wonderful surprise. June greeted us and told us to sit where we wanted. Tasted a few of their beers and close a Pilsner. After looking at the menu we chose an Italian salad which was so fresh we thought they picked it out of their garden. Then we ordered two pizzas (so we would have a carry out for our trip) a Margherita and a Diavola. Both were delicious and cooked just as we asked. Then we topped it off with a child an adult gelato.... OMG, can't stop talking about our fantastic meal. THANK YOU June, Kevin and the co-owner Jessie for making our dinner PERFECT

Good place to enjoy quality pizza and local beer (3.5 out of 5)
Pisano's is open for lunch Fridays - Sundays and is closed all day on Tuesdays. Our family of three came here to enjoy artisan pizza baked in a wood-fired Italian Pompeii oven for lunch on a Sunday afternoon in June 2024. We shared a Carnitas Pizza ($18) and a BBQ Chicken Pizza ($19). The Carnitas pizza was a sure-fire winner and didn't last long. I enjoyed a Friar's Festivus ($7), which is a Quadrupel style of beer, from the local Monkless Belgian Ales brewery also in Bend. This was a good, strong beer with an 10.2% ABV (alcohol by volume). Family members enjoyed a Sierra Mist ($3) and Mug Root Beer ($3). We were served by Mandy, whom treated us very well. We sat inside but they also have outdoor seating available as well. Parking was not a problem as there was plenty of options throughout the lot. No general retail sales tax in Oregon helped lower our total bill.

Amazing pizza!
Very friendly and attentive staff - both servers and pizza maker. A large variety of pizzas to choose from and also build your own. We built ours with pepperoni, pepperoncino, and Kalamata olives. Best pizza we’ve had in a long time. The Liguria pepperoni was a special treat. Beware if following Google maps that you may miss the left turn onto Stricker off Bailey. It occurs about 500 feet before Bailey ends at US20.

Amazing pizza, beyond expectation on management
Love this place. Pizza truly is above 95% of anywhere. Unexpected for its location. Been here at least 10 times. Always quality. Last visit had some challenges on POS and tap. No serious issue. Need to call out ownership and management, great professionals. Thank you. Can’t give a stronger review for quality of food. Truly best pizza in central Oregon. Period. Ownership/management… respect and thank you. To anyone wondering. … go. You will be very pleased. Cheers Repeat customer and big fan for life. Respect.
