Nice ambience and service but bad food.
Nice ambience and service but bad food. Every item on my simple breakfast order was poorly executed. Eggs runny and cooked on one side. Potatoes cooked the night before then reheated to dark brown and tasteless. Sausage pre cooked and lightly browned into a tasteless tough sad lozenge. English muffin very dark cooked. All for about $16 including Coffee.

Great stop for lunch!
What an adorable place - perfect stop for lunch! We enjoyed a meal on the front porch, surrounded by flowers. Our server was excellent and so was the food! Highly recommend!

Great dining experience
Excellent food and service. The cafe is clean, quiet setting. Decorated with antiques and charm.. Will definitely come back again.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had!
Today was my first time there. I saw it had good reviews so thought we’d give it a try. It was probably in the top five meals I’ve ever had! I ordered the chicken curry salad. It was excellent. The salad was fresh, the curry chicken very yummy and the fruit was sweet and fresh with an amazing presentation! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pretty cozy little restaurant.
My wife and I were wandering in Independence area and found this little Pink House Cafe. We stopped by out of curiosity and thought we'd check it out. The lady that took our order told me that the restaurant is an 80 year old house that they converted into an amazing place to eat. They have 2 outdoor seating on each side of the house, a couple of tables on the porch and 2 room seating with at least 3 tables in each room. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer prime rib for your liking. Check it out yourself, I'm sure you'd be amazed too.
