Long wait for food (was Father's Day), but food was excellent!
We forgot it was Father's Day, walked here from the John Day Motel. The place was super busy, wait for a table would be half an hour or so, so we went to the lounge to order. Food took more than half an hour to show up after ordering...but it was *really* good, and inexpensive for what it was. We had a Captain's Platter and an order of chicken fingers and fries. Both were quite good, glad we waited!

All around great experience
Great food, great price, great service. I'm not a craft beer person but the Huckleberry Wheat, from Prodical Son Brewery, was excellent!

Only place open late for dinner, glad we found it.
Great food! We got lucky as it was about the choice in town. When you enter its a bit surprising as it looks like shops. But the restaurant is to the right, the lounge to the left. Give this place a try.

Happily go back again.
Appearance almost stopped us from going in, but turned out to be a very good dinner. Rib eye was properly prepared and tasty, service was very good and our cocktails were superb.

A pleasant discovery in the Oregon hinterland
We found this excellent restaurant open all day despite it being the Fourth of July. The place is beautiful, the welcome was warm, and we had an excellent dinner. The next morning, we had an excellent breakfast. The quality-price ratio is also noteworthy. Truly satisfying.
