Nice and easy
This place hit the spot. Good food, great service, and reasonable. We tried various items over three evenings and were pleased with all. We'll be back.

Great Service and Very Good Food!
We had a very nice lunch there with six people and all was good. I had the calamari and my other half had the chowder. Both were very good and priced reasonably. Ann, our server was on top of her job as sell!

Not service dog friendly and rude.
We visited this restaurant several times during our trip in 2021 and loved it. We tried go in yesterday and had our service dogs with us. Our service dogs had their vest on, groomed and were well be haved. We didn't even get into the door when an employee came running up telling us management said no dogs or service dogs. We could place an order to go. We went to the Chowder Bowl at Nye Beach. They are service dog and pet friendly. Do not waste your time at Off the Hook. This establishment has become very rude and is ADA friendly for those who travel with services dogs especially in an area that is pet friendly.

Great Casual Dining
Great service & food! Clean and friendly...The clam chowder was delicious (and I'm picky!) and the fish & chips too! Well worth the drive over the bridge!

No masks - food decent
After finding out that management has changed (not for the better) - and visiting multiple times (because I figured one or two times of a bad experience wouldn't completely mar my love of this place) - I've become immensely disenchanted with it. The food used to be good, the waitstaff friendly (albiet overworked), and I am a staunch supporter of local establishments...but I can't visit this place any longer. NO ONE is wearing a mask - kitchen staff, waitstaff, bar staff, patrons. They are also, in no way, cleaning as they should between patrons, nor keeping patrons distanced for everyone's safety. The kitchen staff have always had complete disregard for keeping their masks on - and their beards/long hair covered. In all honesty, I'm not sure why I keep going - other than the food and drinks are ok, and it's nice to be able to support the local economy.
