Terrific food at a charming small place
I had dinner with a couple of friends at a local café they’d enjoyed before, with the clever name of Newbergundian. It’s a small place, and since the weather was nice, we sat outside on their patio. We shared a terrific wedge salad with iceberg lettuce, tomato, bacon lardons, crispy shallots, blue cheese, and chives, and my entrée was penne pasta with wild netto pesto, olive, garlic cream, Pecorino Romano, frico, and arugula, which was also delicious. We ordered a bottle from the wine list to share as well, the Domaine Divio 2023 Willamette Valley “Passetoutgrain” – it went well with all of our meals. Although the meal was not inexpensive, the price was reasonable for the quality and service. I'd certainly consider going back to Newbergundian again.

A jewel of a restaurant
Our lunch was amazing. We shared an appetizer of bruschetta with mushrooms and truffles, then had a bowl of their cioppino. Every bite was delectable. Definitely will return.

Raves for Newbergundian!!
Delicious food. Gracious service. Highly recommended by locals and much deserved! Coq au vin was outstanding and daily special salmon was special too.

Great lunch spot
Wonderful lunch spot to either carry out or dine in. The sandwiches are great and we loved the french fries. Gluten free options are available.

Happy Birthday to me!
Went for my birthday dinner, we have dined here before and always find the food excellent. Tonight, did not disappoint, my husband had the Cioppino, he found the broth as delicious as the seafood, he asked for more bread so he could mop it all up. I got the hanger steak, so tender and delicious. Lovely night.
