Right on the water in downtown Astoria, with fantastic views of the Columbia River. Parking lot for a few cars outside, and street parking nearby, HUGE gift shop you have to walk through and nice relaxed atmosphere. Great service, friendly staff. The food, of course, was typical great Mo's Seafood. Don't miss the clam chowder in the bread bowl. Typical seafood prices. Can get busy but we had no wait.

Really good clam chowder. Although I've had clam chowder in Boston, this was quite good: lots of pieces of clam, larger pieces, medium thickness (not runny like soup cans or so thick it needs thinning). There were windows where you could watch clams/chowder being prepared, but it wasn't active at the time we were there. Right on the water and simple decor. Delicious.

Lovely lunch on the River!
Great lunch! Shout out to Jennifer, our server!! We had clam chowder, shrimp skewers, cilantro lime cauliflower, fried shrimp, clams, and cod, and fries!!! All tasty!! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and we recommend Mo's!

Still the Best Clam Chowder along the Oregon Coast
We had amazing food and service from Mo's in Astoria. I LOVE their clam chowder... something about the spices, the texture, the freshly sourced clams and ingredients just "make it better." Cherie, our server was so friendly and attentive. We loved watching the sea lions and cormorants "fishing" just off the deck from where we sat and being able to watch the boat traffic traverse under the bridge too and from. Great food, great service, what more do you need?
