After they opened in 1976, Metropol Bakery has become a staple in the Eugene community. Everything is made from scratch and baked fresh on site. They use classic European techniques and the highest quality ingredients to make their own breads, pastries, fillings, frostings, purees and glazes. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible.
