Loved all of it!
What a fun place! Drove by on a Tuesday and realized that their tearoom was open even though the restaurant was closed. Had a lovely pot of the queen's tea, along with a scone and petit four. Delicious treats, accompanied by tasty cream and jam. Definitely plan to return - maybe even tomorrow. It was that good!

My favorite!!!
This was my most favorite stop on our whole trip!! The atmosphere was wonderful. The waiters/servers were outstanding. The food and tea were top notch. I had the egg salad tea sandwiches and also a scone with jam and clotted cream. We split 3 different teas amongst the 7 of us, and all 3 got rave reviews from us. Don't miss it!

Got seated quickly enough, but no service to follow!
We had reservations for 11 a.m. June 21, were seated upon our arrival, and received menus. We made our selections and we waited for our server. And we waited. And we waited. The restaurant is not even half full. Servers were taking orders from people coming in after us. The table next to us was seated after us, but they knew their server and we would have been happy enough for them in their joy in conversation if it weren't for our growing hunger pains. This entire time we've been waiting, I have a clear view of three servers standing around the kitchen area chatting up a storm and glancing over at us pretty regularly. Still not one of the three approached us, our menus still in full view on our table. Finally, I asked one of the servers, who was delivering food to people who came in just after us, who our server was!!! She informed us that she did not know but would find out. Turns out we had the "new girl" who was shadowing one of those three girls who kept looking over at us without ever making any motion to came over. If I hadn't asked, we'd probably still be waiting. When we finally got it, the food was fine, but my advice is to make that pot of tea last! They won't be coming by to inquire if you'd like a second pot! I guess we were lucky to get the first!

England In Florence
Great little tea room with choices but limited choices. Service was extremely slow but the lady taking the money and the lady doing all the work were so patient. It's quant and if there is no queue it's a good choice.

What a quaint place
This tea room/restaurant is so quaint. It is nestled in the old towne district of Florence. We enjoyed soup and sandwiches, plus a cup of tea. I suggest you make a reservation. We were seating by the fireplace instead of the main dining area... but we still had an enjoyable time.
