“Delicious Chinese Dinner at Lee’s Wok”
“We were craving Chinese food as soon as we got to Newport, so we found Lee’s Wok Restaurant. We ordered a dinner combination that included egg flower soup, which we thought was very tasty and delicious. It also came with chow mein and chicken dishes. We were very satisfied and so full that we couldn’t finish it all, so we took the leftovers home. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Newport.”

Amazing experience. The prices might seem a bit high but the portions are gigantic.
Amazing experience. The prices might seem a bit high but the portions are gigantic. We took home twice as much as we ate. They serve a dish called "Mother's Chicken". Delicious and highly recommended.

If you see this place, keep on driving
Poor experience. Of the 6 of us that went, 5 of us got sick the next day, either on the toilet or vomiting and one unlucky friend experienced both. The only person that didn’t get sick was the person that didn’t eat. Service was terrible, no refills. Honestly not sure how they’re still in business.

Chased down for more tip
The food tasted good. The service was lacking. They took our order and brought our food. Don't expect to have your drink refilled or have anyone stop in and check on you until they bring the boxes and your check. After receiving poor service the waitress chased us down in the parking lot demanding more tip. Apparently 18% is not enough for the poor service we received. We are locals and this is the story every time we go to this restaurant. Needless to say we have had our fill of the poor service at Lee's Wok and will not be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant, the service is horrible. To the owner of Lee's Wok, gratuity is something paid based on the performance of the wait staff. A gift or a bonus granted (earned) for exceptional service, and paid at the discretion of the client. Your staff is not entitle to those tips, nor do they have the right to demand additional after the customer has already granted that GIFT and left the building. This is why you are loosing local patrons.
