Koriander is impressive in its consistency of great Korean dishes. Usually we cannot bypass the terrific seafood pancake but this lunch we instead chose from the lunch specials — each quite a lot of food with salad, tempura, japchae noodles and the chosen entre — and slightly smaller bowl dishes. Spicy pork was very nice; curry chicken also satisfying. Dolsot beebimbap arrived sizzling to crisp the rice — very nice dish. Lunch rush pretty much filled the tables. Recommend!

We were in Corvallis for a football game and decided to get take out on Friday night after getting into town. Due to all the great reviews we decided to try Koriander. They had the meal complete in about 20 minutes and we thought that was a great start. We order Bulgogi Beef, Chicken Teriyaki and Pad Thai noodles. We thought all three were dry and no real flavor. In fact we had to add soy sauce and a little teriyaki to add flavor and spice. The Pad Thai had some very crunchy veggie that was difficult to chew. The dining area is sub par, with no ambiance to speak of. The 4.5 star rating is a bit over rated, I’d give it a solid 3 star, but bring sauce!

Very tasty!
This restaurant is a gem! Get the bibimbop in the hot stone bowl. Delicious! Also the gelato is rich, intense, & yummy. So glad we found this place!

SO GOOD
Ended up here because I was looking for somewhere with GF options. I also LOVE Korean food. I got the beef bulgogi and it was delish! It comes with onions but I can't eat onions due to food sensitivity issues. The server noticed, but not until I finished. He apologized and let me know next time I can substitute cabbage, which I am thrilled to try! It's on my list to try next time I'm in town.

Great find on first day in Corvallis
Great food and lots of GF choices, big portions too. Wish we would have shared since we had some left over. Friendly staff - would definitely go back.
