The best bagels in town. Fun variety of toppings. The black coffee is really good too. And, friendly too. The garlic bagels are amazing. Be sure to double bag them or your kitchen will smell divine! So glad they came back! Maybe they will bring back some of their other flavors?

Brooklyn style bagels
Crispy on the outside and dense and chewy on the inside. These are the real deal… Growing up in Brooklyn 70 years ago, I remember being sent on Sunday morning to the local bagel shop about 10 blocks away from our apartment. Those bagels we’re handmade and five cents each… About 3 inches in diameter. kinetic bagel Institute duplicates these perfectly. You will not go wrong… Opens at 8 AM and closes at 2 PM. Closed Monday and Tuesday. I prefer the “Plain, well baked” they have many varieties. Guess I’m a purist!

Real Bagels!!
It's great to have real bagels. These are the best I've had since leaving KCMO six years ago. My barber said a relative (or in-law?) had opened this place.
