Dead mussels
I ordered the cauldo de siete mariscos (soup of the seven seas). In the soup where 3 unopened mussels, which cannot be eaten. It means they where dead before cooking. The kitchen staff is supposed to inspect the soup for this reason. When I complained to the wait staff, they thought it was funny. You decided if you want to eat there.

A sad ending
I lived in Corvallis for years and ate here often. We were treated well and food good. After camping on coast and heading back to Portland area, I decided to stop in again instead of where I usually go my rare times in town. It was two-ish, I ordered a margarita with my meal. She asked if I wanted lime? That confused me so I said I wanted a regular margarita. It came out blended and I can’t drink those. It freezes my throat and hurts, a lot. The owner noticed and came over. I told him I would have had in the rocks. Next I’m being scolded and told margaritas only come blended unless specified. I said I didn’t know that. He says “everyone knows that, it’s how they are made”! I told him I didn’t know. He left to make another as I asked him not to and I would pay for my apparent barely unforgivable mistake. The waitress came and apologized that she hadn’t asked. I told her again I had no idea how they are served but now certainly knew to specify. Apparently here, it is entirely up to the customer to get it right. I was so embarrassed and mollified I don’t remember what I ate or what it tasted like. I ate as fast as I could, paid and tipped the waitress a nice tip. I’ll never go back. I’m angry and hurt. What an awful experience,

Very good was delivered with only a short wait. Air conditioning much appreciated.
We arrived at 6:30pm and we seated immediately. Masks required is still a good thing. Chips and salsa and water given right away. We ordered a Veggie Burrito and a Fahita Burrito and they were very, very good. Great service too!

Grandchildren
We were so happy to hear they have indoor dining during Covid 19! Our family of 6 was seated in the back dining area away from the few other diners. The menu has expanded since the last time we were here, same great food just more to choose from. I had the steak fajita chimichanga it was delightful, fresh cooked crisp veggies & steak. The sauce and cheese were amazing. My only complaint is that it had rice in it and the menu description did not say rice. (I don't do rice, too much starch) otherwise yummy! Every plate was full from edge to edge! Even the children were happy!
