Amazing!!! Took my daughter here when we came to town for the district wrestling trip. It was so GOOD. I loved the home fries!!!!! It's a nice cozy diner with super friendly staff. The young man who helps out is awesome, loved talking with him and he is such a good little worker! Loved his smile and friendly attitude, if I'm ever back in the area, this is a must go to! Keep up the amazing food guys!
I think Mike and Tonya bought this place about 3 years ago -approximately - so some of the reviews are from before their time and no longer relevant. And this town of Echo has several vintage stores and a couple of other places - but only 600 people so there is not a lot of business. I think its grossly unfair to compare it to Portland or Seattle - or any larger cities. What it is is a nice small town cafe that serves great food at reasonable prices. The menu is smaller than large cities - but everything I have had there is very good. My granddaughter Allysa, wife April, and me Fred ride over several times a year and always enjoy it and always have a good time. SO---if your picky - grouchy - and want to complain because its not a big place with a big menu - keep going down the road to somewhere else or go home and fix your own stuff. McDonalds has a larger menu maybe. Or come see Mike and Tonya and just relax - theres nobody in the town of Echo that you can impress.
Excellent! The huckleberry shake is delicious. Worth the calories. My mom and I split an omelet, and it was great. Great service, and a great small town diner.
Funky little place on Main Street in quiet village of Echo, just off Interstate 84. Full of homely sayings. Friendly service, and we were serenaded by the chef out back. Good substantial breakfast - pancakes and bacon.
Nice little local cafe. The service was small town friendly and the food was fantastic. The best turkey bacon sandwich and seasoned fries I have had. It was hard deciding what to have because they had good breakfast and lunch selections on the menu. I made a good choice though. I will definitely go back.
