Everything I've ever tried here has been excellent! The margaritas are huge and delicious! I can't resist their jalapeño margarita, glass rimed with a spectacular combination of chilies and salt. The servers are all friendly and super efficient. My go-to Mexican in Corvallis.

Dinner
I dined here several nights while in Corvallis on business. The food is great and so is the IPA. The staff are very friendly and could not be more helpful. I will return when next in Corvallis. Thank you very much for making me feel so welcome.

Food was good, the management were very accommodating, they even change a bright white lightbulb to a warmer shade of bulb in our seating area at our request. The service was a little slow, but that may have been due to the fact that we were a large gathering for the holidays. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I would go there again.

I went on a mid-week dinner date and had not been to this restaurant even though it's been around forever. The service was a bit slow, they were not packed and the menu is huge. My hesitation was already there after reviewing the hard to read and extensive menu, which is generally a sign of more frozen foods. We asked the waiter to recommend fresh made options, which we both ordered. The food was hot but a bit bland, both the fajitas and the enchiladas had a fresh taste, but lacked any real seasoning. On the plus side there were lots of shrimp......and the chips are not oily...and the bean dip and salsa was good.
