Bad experience from the moment we walked in the door. For a busy day in Seaside, the emptiness of restaurant was a clue as to how our visit would unfold. Barely acknowledged by the 3 hosts standing there. Led, without a word, to our table with dirty chairs. Waitress was ok. But those were the worst fish and chips we've ever had! Dry halibut with thin, under cooked batter. The looked like spring rolls. Soggy sweet potato fries. Grandson's burger was dry but he said it tasted OK. Any other place would have been a better choice. Very disappointing!

The restaurant is casual offering seafood, salads, and other entrees. Good for lunch or dinner when visiting Seaside. The grilled chicken salad was very good as well as the chowder. A long-time favorite of locals.

Excellent food. First time eating here on a Sunday night for dinner. We've been back 3 times since lol. Michele was our waitress and she was fantastic. Never had razor clams so she showed us on her phone what they looked like and how they looked after being prepared. We ordered the razor clams appetizer and it was awesome. Lightly breaded and fried. Also had the crab cakes appetizer and they were amazing. The clam chowder was also very good. I forgot my phone, but Michele went above and beyond taking pictures and texting them to me. She is the best...ask for her she knows her stuff. Wonderful experience 😄

Wonderful Fun Time!
We have been patrons of Doogers for over 40 years and when the time came for our 50th anniversary celebration we knew where to go. Their Iggys upstairs bar behind the restaurant worked amazingly well! With 22 people in our party Carnegie (son of the owner) took personal attention to serve us. The venue was perfect, food excellent and service wonderful! We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend Duggers and Iggys for any special event!

Nice place to eat in Seaside. Shrimp dinner and Cod dinner were very good. We both also had a cup of clam chowder. I have eaten clam chowder in dozens of fine restraunts but this was different. I wouldn't call it "chowder" at all. It was watery with no consistancy of a "chowder" at all. I will return but won't order clam chowder.
