Owner (?) seems to not like people or her job
The food here is amazing. I’ll give them that 10x over, but the main girl at the register (owner it seems?) does not seem to like her job or working with the public. I’m ridiculously patient with customer service as I’ve been in it, and have given her a pass several times over as I could tell she was stressed. Today I was with friends and they were 10 minutes past opening time - fine! Things happen! But when one of us asked if we could come in, she laughed in a snarky way and said “you can come in, but it’s going to be awhile!” As we and others came in, 10 minutes after opening time again, she loudly yelled without looking at anyone that anything made to order was still 20/25 minutes out. I GET things happen - all you have to say is “so sorry, we’re running behind!” But instead she chose to make sure we knew were all an inconvenience to her, and were a frustrating part of her morning. Additionally, she parked her big white truck in the most convenient spot to the business, right in front of the front door when the others are reserved for the bike shop. We were in our vehicle waiting when we saw her pull up. What owner does that? Taking parking from your customers? In the G Street area?

WOW
The best sandwich I have had in years! Fresh ingredients, homemade bread, creamy latte. Wonderful spot in Grants Pass. Highly recommended. Efficient, friendly staff. Nice little seating area outside with fresh flowers on each table. Great experience all the way around!

Our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last. The cream cheese berry rolls were outstanding! Very friendly and awesome

Not a traveler, but recommending as a lifetime local of the area
I love this little shop. Their coffee, their pastries, their sandwiches, their quiche, their cookies and other goodies... all expectantly delicious... packed into a tight, yet super-charming, uber-fun spot right in the heart of old-town downtown. The best part? Ashley and Doug. They are incredible folks who ALWAYS greet guests with cheer and friendly service. Their kids are frequent visitors to the shop, and often are seen helping out. I'll occasionally visit another bakery in the area, but DASSH is my go-to, and has been for years.

Always my favorite when in Grants Pass
Cinnamon rolls - hot and fresh are the best! Also love their Quiche and biscuits and gravy (biscuits are to die for). Soups - can't ever get a bad bowl. Doug and Ashley are the best!
