A vacation staple
We had breakfast here everyday. Excellent food. Fair prices. Large portions. They have a gluten free , dairy free menu. The gluten free pancakes and french toast were excellent. Loved their gluten frew bakery options. Had the monster cookie and the butterscotch peanut butter cookies were excellent. My friend said the chili burger was the best he has had.

Heavenly Breakfast!
I can understand why this place was crowded. It has some of the best breakfast food I have ever tasted! They serve huge portions of everything, for a great price. They have many baked goods at the front of the restaurant to buy, but by the time we finished our food we could not look at anything more to eat. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in Newport!!

Go Somewhere Else
Skip It - awful food! The Swedish pancakes were microwaved and the Cuban Sandwich was inedible. Disappointing! We expected more! We found this restaurant online.

The pie was delicious, avoid the clam chowder.
I never write negative reviews but the server was very rude and save yourself from their clam chowder, it was more like gravy with a few clams thrown in. On a positive note their pie was delicious.

We ordered a marionberry pie which was subpar wasn't a sweet as they should be and the crust was wow not the greatest. I think the hugest disappointment was we ordered a whole German chocolate cake for my brother's birthday no outsides were frosted and it was dry as hell. I paid over $50 for a German chocolate cake that was dry it was inedible at the end and a quarter of the cake was thrown out. We had to put much whipped cream on the bottom just to suck in that dry cake. Why would you not Frost the outsides? Yes it looks pretty but it was a huge waste of money and highly a disappointment. I have no idea why people think your pastries are the greatest. We also got three packs of the snickerdoodles which were dry as hell as well. I don't know if it's old stuff or the way you wrap it but you really need to do better. But again people are at the coast so they'll buy anything.
