This place was new since the last time we were in Corvallis so we had dinner reservations elsewhere, but went for drinks. The bartender was very friendly and offered a creative cocktail list. The place looked popular and fun. The menu looked inviting

We had the most amazing meal, start to finish. Thank you Evan, Lilia and TEAM! You are doing this so well! Incredible food, drinks, recommended parings (dry Riesling with that chop.. Riesling, really ???🤷♀️ Well done !!! ! ❤️ It was spot on! Cannot wait to return!

Castor is very good. we were celebrating a birthday and our server Dylan was nice. the drinks were really good and the filet mignon was delicious

Castor is tops
Castor service and food is consistently great. The menu changes seasonally with specials which is great ! The Shrimp and grits are always a winner. Service is always friendly and welcoming !

It was the worst dining experience of my life, bar none. The wait staff was rude. The service was slow. They “forgot” my house salad. I ordered a filet mignon medium rare. When it finally did arrive, it was well done and cold, much like our server. The crispy potatoes were beyond crispy. They were burned. I gave my dinner to my dogs. My wife and I are in disbelief regarding how we were treated. We will never go back to Castor again.
