Rude and Unprofessional Treatment During Both our visits!
Very rude waitress/owner on both our visits. Food is good and a nice atmosphere but returning a third time would just be asking for abuse again. This lady appears not to like people and does not care how she treats you. We waited a long time for our food watching others who arrived after us get theirs and when I asked her how ours was doing she was just simply rude. When the food did eventually arrive she never explained or apologized for how long it took and completely ignored us the rest of our meal including when we left and she was right next to us. Never even checked in once to inquire if everything was OK The single bathroom garbage can was piled full with used paper towels despite us being one of the first customers to arrive when they open at 5.30pm. Despite enjoying the food and music we will not return as a result of her very unprofessional and rude treatment.

Mediocre at BEST
We were headed to the restaurant accross the street, but we love Italian food so we stopped here instead. Unfortunately that was a mistake. We looked at the reviews, and they were one extreme or the other, but a common thread was disappointment when it came to pasta dishes, but we figured we would have something else. Well the entire menu seems to be pasta, so you really didn’t have a choice. We started having second thoughts when we walked in a there was nobody there to greet you or seat you, we just stood there wondering if we were in the right spot. I finally stood in the doorway of the dining room and caught the waitress’s attention. They had live music on the patio, so we requested that. We were immediately given a snarky attitude as it seemed she was waiting on the tables inside and the other gal was getting the tables outside…so she had no use for us once she knew we weren’t sitting in her section. Again we just waited. Finally I told my wife to go and wait for help on the patio, while I waited inside, there was plenty of tables, as it was a Thursday night, we were just looking for anyone to seat us, so we split up to see if one of us could get help. Finally my wife came back and said she got a table on the patio, but she felt like we weren’t really wanted out there. We were starving so we just stayed the course. The waitress was nice enough but after dropping off a picture of water and our food, she was MIA. What it appeared to be, was the room was largely filled with local singers, all taking turns singing and promoting one another, while we sat in the corner completely feeling like we weren’t really wanted there. This was so much the case, that a second couple was sat next to us, and they finally walked out as they weren’t even acknowledged for over 10min. They too were wondering if they were supposed to be there or not, it kind of felt like we were crashing a local get together. It was a bit strange as it seemed the owner or manager gal was out there the whole time, but she was so into the click of locals, she nor the waitress even realized the couple walked out. The food was mediocre at BEST. I had the eggplant parm, and my wife had tortellini, both ok, but far from what you would expect. The charcuterie board appetizers look good online, but the meat was on the verge of turning. We almost sent it back, but we were so hungry we ate it anyway. In summery, they gave us zero reason to ever come back, and I’ll put up with just about anything if the food is good. Unfortunately the food wasn’t worth the unwanted vibe we got from the jump, which carried through the meal. The pasta reviews were right, bland and not cooked well. This is a solid 2.5 star place, but I can’t give half stars, so 3 is being very generous. We definitely won’t be back.

A little blast of Italy in Bandon
Who would have thought, an authentic Italian restaurant in little Bandon. Great ambience, very friendly staff, live violin at just the right volume to add much to the experience without making it difficult to have a conversation. While it’s small it has an excellent menu of real Italian cuisine, this from a second generation Italian American who has traveled Italy extensively. The ciò pino was as good as I’ve had. Would definitely recommend and will go back the next time I am in Bandon.

I tried it twice, shame on me
The atmosphere is sweet but the food is soooo bad. Incredibly over sauced entrees that are not interesting. I’ve seen some good reviews. Is it inconsistent?
