For over 12 years, Alexander’s has been Roseburg’s only Greek restaurant serving up classics like gyros, hummus, and spanakopita. Utilizing the finest fresh ingredients for all dishes and preparing them to order. It is their mission to provide the community with a place where they can come enjoy a delicious, healthy meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This is the best Greek restaurant this side of Athens! Had the lamburger and Greek fries. Absolutely the best lamburger I have ever had and the fries are to live for. We were just passing through to catch a flight otherwise we would have gone back for dinner. It should be called Alexander the Greatest!
Good taste of Greece again
We met up with friends for dinner. Moussaka was the special and a majority of us chose this entree. Others picked the Gyro. Both were great food. We saved room for the baklava cheesecake. Yumm!
Took my daughters to lunch and was so happy. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I haven’t had a good dolmades in forever and this place had them! Couldn’t decide on just one thing so had a few. The hummus and pita are so fresh and definitely made from scratch! The lemon chicken soup was SO good! The pasta was wonderful! The salad had so much feta and stuff, they definitely didn’t skimp! The lamb gyros was so good, I order one to take home to my husband. And holy smokes, The baklava cheesecake is my new addiction!
First off this place is really noisy. We couldn't really carry on a conversation it was so loud. More of a tavern/bar feeling. I thought it was pretty expensive for what you get. The four of us had lunch and the bill was $80.00. I wouldn't have minded the prices if the food had been good...but it wasn't. None of us finished our lunches. The meat on the gyros was burnt on one end. A lot of typical Greek menu items were missing from their menu.
Fresh and flavorful!
I decided to take my Mom for a nice lunch out and wanted to try something different. I can not believe that it took me so long to discover how delicious this place is! Everything was fresh and flavorful, great service, and pretty pictures on the walls. It really felt like a little trip to the mediterranean on a rainy day. We ordered the lamb gyro with greek fries and the Elleniki salad with a cup of avgolemeno soup. We enjoyed every thing we tasted! We'll be back for more!
