Leaping Lamb Farm

This listing is provided by Eugene, Cascades & Coast

Leaping Lamb Farm has had a long history in the Alsea area. The main house and several outbuildings were built by the Spencer family between 1896 and 1930 as part of their original homestead. Formerly known as Honey Grove Farm, it has been a working farm since the fields were first cleared, growing hay, raspberries and blueberries, garlic, apples, pears, plums, grapes, and raising turkeys, cattle and sheep.

There are hands-on opportunities with their livestock (sheep, goats, donkey, chickens) and plenty to do from building hay forts in the barn loft to splashing in the creek, hiking trails into the forest, collecting eggs and eating fresh veggies and fruits in season right from the farm.

Tours are offered throughout the year and are curated for participants.

Picnics welcome.
