It begins in the hazelnut orchards of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where we work year-round to produce a premium crop. In the fall, the harvest goes to our Salem facility where the nuts are shelled, and in many cases roasted, then prepared to be at the heart of Hazelnut Delights™.
