Great coffee and hot chocolate along with the best pastries and quiche. Wonderful patio overlooking the famous bridge and river.
My favorite place in Florence!! The atmosphere is perfect! There’s indoor and outdoor seating, close up view of the bridge, a variety of unique gifts along one wall to shop through while you sip or wait, and the service is excellent! Everyone was friendly and obviously enjoyed their job. I went every day while in town and my drink was SO good every time! I also tried the quiche which was very good as well. I could sit there for hours just relaxing.
Such a warm and unique coffee shop - exactly what a small town coffee shop should be. Been here seems like forever, giving it that well settled in vibe. Amazing coffee. I always bring a bag of their freshly roasted beans home. Skilled and friendly baristas - never pulled me a less than wonderful cup. Yummy baked treats that I can’t resist. Cozy ‘bookshop” feel inside, fresh-air old wooden patio outside overlooking the river. Fun art, gifts, etc to browse and buy.
Americano was perfect. Strawberry & banana smoothie was a bit sweat. Great veranda overlooking the river to enjoy your coffee and the sun. Originally planned to sit outside at the side of the building as no tables available on the veranda but someone had dumped two plastic bags full of empty beer cans and bottles all over that area. Mentioned it to the barista for someone to clear up as its their seating but they didn’t seem bothered and it wasn’t cleaned up.
I love this coffee shop. It was right next to my hotel Riverview. The staff were super nice. The coffee was great and made my morning happy! They have delicious muffins & scones too. I highly recommend stopping here.
