Viking Braggot Company is Eugene's only brewery to offer a full line of braggots, one of the oldest fermented drinks, pioneered by the Vikings that takes elements of beer and fermented honey (or mead). The brewery is updating this ancient tradition by creating a modern beverage that combines local honey and organic craft beer ingredients.
