This Place is a Gem!!
This place is underrated and affordable! Just happened to see a sign on the road and stopped in. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beer and food! The wait staff was friendly, and immediately accommodated our little pup and gave her a bowl of water without us having to ask. They have a nice outdoor beer garden with fire pit tables. First, the food was great: we ordered burnt end potato skins. Brisket was delicious, and they top it with their own in-house-made pub cheese, which was really good! I am a home brewer myself, and after ordering two of the beer samplers from the brewmaster at Rusty Truck, I can honestly say, there were only a couple that I didn’t like, and that’s just a matter of taste, not quality. Two thumbs up on the beer! I recommend their Haunted Headlands Hazy, and my wife ordered a draught cocktail, which was also brewed in-house. And they are only $7! You can’t find those prices in Portland or Seattle. We loved this place so much, we came back the next day. Ordered the chowder, halibut and chips. We shared the bowl of chowder/fish n’ chips, since it’s plenty for two people. It’s a thick chowder, plenty of potatoes and clams, and has great flavor. The halibut was delicious, beer-battered, British-style. My only complaint is that I could have had a bit more halibut, but I was still very satisfied and full! The food prices are average for the area, and the drinks are pretty cheap! Compliments to the brewmaster Cheers 🍻

Stopped in today for a bite and a beer. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints on the food, but I really enjoyed the beer flight. Great variety of on-site crafted brews, from the traditional NW IPA’s to the fruity and flavorful. We will be back!

Never again!
Horrible! This used to be our go-to spot at the coast but sadly it’s gone downhill with new ownership. Wait staff is rude. It’s dirty. Beer tasted stale, like it had been sitting for months. Disappointing and sad..
