Food safety issues
Place looks cool from the outside. We ordered the albacore fish and chips, texture of the fish was described as "stringy" and tough by my daughter. My husband ordered the Armadillo sandwich - ate half of it and discovered the chicken was raw in the center. We had a 700 mile drive the following day and salmonella/food poisoning was not on the vacation plan. We were offered a refund on the sandwich and when the waitress returned she said that they refunded the whole bill, which was more than we expected since we only brought the raw chicken to their attention. Thank you for that. Still, the cooks need to learn that chicken should be cooked to 165 all the way through.

Awesome spot
Love it! Top floor is pizzas and more table service and bottom floor is burgers, fish n’chips etc. You order at the counter and they bring it to you! Food was so good the dirty fries and burger were insane. Staff is friendly and the vibes are definitely just a chill, laid back and happy atmosphere. I’d come back for sure!

Rude hostess unable to accommodate
Came in with a 9 top for lunch. Upstairs had many open tables, including large tables available. Hostess said a 9 top would have a “long wait”. Asked to separate into two smaller tables and was told “you can’t do that”.

Beer and Food Paradise
I absolutely love visiting Astoria and Fort George is one of the reasons. They produce some the best beer in the PNW. I am a big fan of hazy IPAs and they make some pretty tasty ones. The food menu is awesome as well. The albacore fish & chips and the Anaheim pepper burger are a couple of my faves. And, don't miss the pizza upstairs. With three venues in one location there is so much to see, taste, and enjoy.

A Crazy Popular Dining Venue
This restaurant gets crowds, but apparently doesn't staff for them. We waited over an hour, after being seated, for a small pizza and a hummus plate (with something pretending to be pita, and not even warmed). The servers seemed embarrassed, and made excuses for having to take care of the huge (at least fifty) group that was celebrating something. They are so well liked that this probably happens all the time.
