Deluxe Brewing and Sinister Distilling is proud to be Albany’s first brewstillery, a production brewery and distillery located along the Willamette River.
Deluxe Brewing uses a 15 barrel system to produce a Pre-Prohibition Pilsner, Amber Lager, Schwarzbier and seasonals, including a Helles Bock and Dunkel.
Sinister Distilling specializes in hand-crafted, small-batch, unique and flavorful spirits from the finest local ingredients. Their distillers use a traditional whiskey pot still from Portugal to produce grappa, rum and single-malt whiskey – which is currently aging – and are working to finalize their gin recipe.
Enjoy fine spirits, craft brews and pet-friendly outdoor seating. A limited snack menu is available, as well as an assortment of to-go menus from local area restaurants, some that even deliver right to the brewery.
