Not worth it — rude bartender
The bartender (male w/nose ring) was extremely rude to us not once, but twice. When we walked in the back door, we went to the bar to order our drinks. He very rudely told us to go over to the hostess station to be seated. We did that and had to wait about 5 minutes which young man came over and told us we could sit wherever we wanted just let the servers/bartender know where we’ll be. We went back to the barm ordered our beers from a nice young lady who gave the order to the bartender. Since they were busy, we stood at the bar to wait for our drinks. Once again, the bartender (male) rudely told us to go sit somewhere and where would we be. It didn’t help either that the beers were not worth the stop! We will definitely not go back.

Great location, fun drinks, yummy food
We really enjoyed ourselves! Sat outside with an amazing view of the river and trolley area. Generous portions of food and delicious drinks. We ordered the snickers iced latte-decadent, and a marrionberry lemonade (never had that flavor before!) the fish and chips were yummy. Fries were nice and crisp. The clam chowder had great flavor and the homemade bread was soft and fluffy! The only thing I didn’t love was the onion rings. They were good and a huge portion, I just prefer less breading. Service was great and the staff was friendly.

An Astoria Gem
Astoria Brewing Company offers delicious pub staples at reasonable prices and is family friendly too! We visited in the mid afternoon and were greeted warmly and seated immediately. After perusing the menu, we ordered at the counter and the food came pretty promptly. My wife and I enjoyed sampling several of their beers and ciders on tap via their flight. Everything was reasonably priced, tasty, and filling. We enjoyed the open windows overlooking the Columbia River while we were there. If you are in the area, pop on in!

clean, pleasant, but not wowed...
it was a beautiful day, it was a late lunch 230, the place was clean, the staff fun and a little cheeky.. the food took a while to join the table, feeling the had to catch the fish for the fish and chips. it was ok, a bit speedy... buy it was holiday weekend

Waterfront Brew
Local brewing company with a good bar and local merchandise served by staff who made GFs day by asking for ID. Beer was very strong so be careful. Located on the front with views across the river and a small outdoor terrace.
