An Astoria Gem
Astoria Brewing Company offers delicious pub staples at reasonable prices and is family friendly too! We visited in the mid afternoon and were greeted warmly and seated immediately. After perusing the menu, we ordered at the counter and the food came pretty promptly. My wife and I enjoyed sampling several of their beers and ciders on tap via their flight. Everything was reasonably priced, tasty, and filling. We enjoyed the open windows overlooking the Columbia River while we were there. If you are in the area, pop on in!

clean, pleasant, but not wowed...
it was a beautiful day, it was a late lunch 230, the place was clean, the staff fun and a little cheeky.. the food took a while to join the table, feeling the had to catch the fish for the fish and chips. it was ok, a bit speedy... buy it was holiday weekend

Waterfront Brew
Local brewing company with a good bar and local merchandise served by staff who made GFs day by asking for ID. Beer was very strong so be careful. Located on the front with views across the river and a small outdoor terrace.

Call First!
Headed to the ABC to have a beverage after arriving only to find the door locked with open hours posted on that door, and a direction around to the tap room on the riverfront. Greeted there with folks sitting outside and the hostess saying we are closing in 15 minutes, no seating, one hour before their posted and advertised closing time, rudely. Then went to Fort George Brewery and glad they turned us away, you should leave too!

Better Try It and Hope For The Best
This is a large place with a wonderful view of the river and shipping. I've been here several times and very much like their beer. This time I ordered a cup of clam chowder and a tuna melt sandwich along with a pint of the amber ale. They were not very busy. The beer came quickly. I enjoyed the view and waited for the rest of the order. It did finally arrive at my table. The chowder was tasty and not very warm. The tuna melt was like something I have never seen before! It was two slices of bread with tuna and strips of 1" wide cheese and appeared to have been broiled somehow quite a while ago. It was not very appealing or very tasty. I should have taken a pic but I'm not very good at that. The total cost of lunch was $33.00. I felt a bit of a ripoff. There are other places to lunch in Astoria that await my reviews!
