Alesong Brewing and Blending was founded by industry veterans looking to explore their creativity outside the constraints of a typical production brewery. They strive to brew unique and small-batch beers with a focus on oak aging and Belgian-inspired techniques using locally grown fruits, herbs and a host of special yeasts and other microbes. Paying homage to old-world Lambic blenders and artisan winemakers, Alesong believes that the final, balanced blend of a barrel-aged beer is much more satisfying than simply the sum of its parts or each individual barrel by itself.

Good view and tasty craft beer.
Nice view and good beers to choose from. Service was quick and informative. We were fortunate enough to be there for the pairings with small bits and it was much fun. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend.

Wonderful selection
We had a flight of 4 beers. We enjoyed the selection. The outside patio was lovely. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. The service and hospitality was exceptional.

Welcome to Alesong, Bro!
A beautiful walk up the hill to the brewery better than announces a customer's approach. The three Alesong bro investors meeting at the picnic table didn't have time or inclination to greet me (a middle-aged single woman traveler), but instead ignored me while one of the them without word skulked to the back to find a junior staffer to come out and provide counter service. The junior staffer was delightful, btw. FYI: I like a little less dismissive bro-ness with my beverages, guys. Later I attempted to make small talk to take the temperature of these guys - and the apathy endured. In retrospect, I shouldn't have spent any of my money at Alesong, but the brewery's unique products and location was the draw. I'd recommend visiting Alesong if you're couples - or groups. But they were too egotistical that day to welcome a single woman their aunt's age visiting. In short, me and my wallet felt ignored and unwelcome by the three bros. Good luck with your business plan, tho! Seems super important.

Happy place
This place is such a joy. Really interesting tasty beers that are award winning and unique. Amazing location with lots of outdoor seating and views and the staff is really friendly. Hands down one of my favorite spots around Eugene.

A Gem of a Tasting Room With a Wonderful View
This place is an awesome late-afternoon/evening place to chill with your family. Alesong specializes in barrel-aged, farmhouse-style ales. They also blend beer, taking a page from the wine industry's playbook! The setting is beautiful. It's got a large lawn area with the ubiquitous corn hole games and runaround room for the kids. The outdoor seating is plentiful. The beer is awesome if you like less-traditional brews, and the Pizzas and Salads from Marche (which they make/fire on site) are AWESOME. Be aware, they run out of food at times, so earlier is better on weekends if you're intent on getting food there. You're welcome to bring a picnic, but you cannot bring your own wine. Their liquor license won't allow it. They usually do have a Pinot Gri and Noir from their neighbors at King Estate, though. In short, I love this place! I just found out about it a week ago and have been there twice already this summer!
