One of the best burgers!
Was up from Tennesee on a business trip, and one of the employees where we were recommended to try 10 Barrels. I'm glad we did. The atmosphere and food were great. I had the Beast Burger with parmesean garlic fries. The burger was huge, and there had to have been two hole potatoes worth of fries! The relish on the burger was thr perfect touch, it ranks in the top 5 of best ever burgers.

Blueberry Burger was good and unique!
It was busy when we showed up and we had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated. The service wasn’t great - took 5-10 minutes for our waitress to show up after being seated and she seemed to be in a bad mood. The food was good, my wife really liked her salad and I tried the blueberry burger which was good and unique. I also substituted the fries for a caesar salad and the portion was good.

10 Barrel West has Changed and not for the Better
10 Barrel West has always felt like going home. Having moved to Bend in 2013, I have been to the West side 10 Barrel brewpub more times than I can remember. Realizing this location has had several owners over the years, it never kept me from frequenting this neighborhood brewpub. Tonight, my wife and I stopped to share a beer and a pizza and experienced the worst service I can recall. Upon mentioning to one of the long term employees that I had noticed a huge turnover in staff and a lack of good service, all I got was a defensive posture and a denial of the change. As an owner of my own business, I realized many years ago that most customers will never share why they no longer will use your product or service. Having a customer actually tell you what they like and dislike is a gift. I was saddened by the response of this long term employee and when I looked around it was apparent that the level of change at this location has impacted the customer experience. Our water glasses ran dry, we had to walk up to the outside bar to order, and we had to chase down our own bill at the end of our visit as the wait staff was too busy talking among themselves while we waited for service. I am sorry to say we have seen a steady decline in the service quality of this location over the past 6 months or so and we will not be coming back. The unfortunate thing is I do not think the folks at 10 Barrel West even understand that it is a very different experience from years past and they believe that everything is just peachy. Sorry to say, it is our humble opinion that this long time place of great companionship, beer, food, and good times has noticeably gone downhill.

Enjoyed our meal and the table service
We stopped for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to have real table service - no QR codes, no order at the bar or from your phone. We had a friendly waiter who happily answered our questions about their beers and brought us a few tasters that were the size of small glasses. The few beers we had were tasty, and the pizza and salad garnered two thumbs up. Out the door for $50 for two lunches and two beers with good service to boot!
