Brigittine Monks Gourmet Confections is small monastery of Brigittine Monks, founded in 1370, that is located just 5 miles from Amity. The priory of Our Lady of Consolation is a quiet place of rest and reflection where the Monks make their artisan truffles and fudge. Award-winning and nationally recognized, their confections are some of the finest made.
They sell online and have a tasting room at the monastery. The gift shop – where you can buy fresh chocolate fudge and truffles, and make up your own mix of truffles – is on-site and open regular hours. The small church is also open for mass and for private prayer.
