Renowned for its excellent summer steelhead fly-fishing opportunities, it provides a unique challenge to anglers from all over the world. It also provides an exhilarating challenge to those who choose to float on its whitewater (see route below). The shoreline offers an outstanding scenic drive for a good 60 miles.
