The GOLD SANDard of year-round outdoor fun!
Such a great time! SandMaster Park was such a pleasant surprise to find on the Coast. The staff were quite helpful and a wellspring of knowledge- both of their craft as well as the area. Surprisingly affordable- they offer a pretty wide selection of options as well. Everything from your top of the line sandboards(top of the line they are! Made in-house!), to sleds for the littles, even skimboards, though it's a bit too cold for much more than just your toes getting dipped in the Pacific Ocean on the Oregon Coast in the winter months. I appreciate the fact that its so much more "green" in nature than say something like burning through gallon after gallon of fossil fuels to drive in circles up and down sand dune after sand dune! Don't get me wrong- those things are fun too, but SM Park gets the gold star for being affordable, environmentally friendly, accommodating of age and skills, fairly flexible in their offerings, locally owned and operated while still having and building a global footprint via their in-house brand of boards ~Venomous Sanboards~. Will be returning AND recommending to my friends.

Master Dune helped us rent gear so easy and was so nice and helpful. Also helped us get some cool stickers. He gave us all the advice we needed and we had such a fun time going as a big group. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First time, Great time!
Tried sandboarding here for the first time and it was a lot of fun. The dunes are just a short walk from the shop and you can see them rising up behind the parking area. It was a cloudy day but the sand hills still looked impressive. They even have a night drop box for returning boards after hours which was convenient. Would recommend checking it out.
