Unity Bridge

Lane County used a standard design for the construction of the Unity Covered Bridge, but they included a full length window on the east side to give motorists a glimpse of oncoming traffic. The bridge cost the County $4,400 to construct and was completed in 1936. Due to its proximity to Pengra, Lowell, and Parvin Covered Bridges, many bicycling tours include this on their rural routes. Stream: Big Fall Creek Length: 90 feet (27 m) Year Constructed: 1936 Nearest Town: Lowell Located 2.8 miles (4.5 km) north of the community of Lowell on Lowell-Unity Road.
