So much fun!
This museum is so cute! It's made up of a few old houses with the rooms redone to be different play areas for the kids. They were all very fun. The little bubble house was especially fun and a place to get a little messy. You can create lots of different bubbles and even make a bubble big enough to enclose a child! There is an outdoor area that's under re-construction and should be ready in the spring.

Innovative activities
We went here after we learned that the High Desert Heritage Museum was closed. We're glad we found this fantastic place that should be ranked higher. Outside is a overly-engineered gym complete with tubing runs. Regretably the diameter is correct for average proportioned kids and teens. The portly and adults keep getting stuck in the tubing, and it could be terrifying. Adults got involved with the young ones with the "beanie sock" craft. We were trying to make a Beanie Santa. It was fun, and the Museum had a craft leader with lots of supplies. Another product of advanced engineering is a bubble-making machine that makes a bubble curtain surrounding the entire body. Amazing!

Great place to take a family of children
On our trip to Oregon (we are from Pennsylvania) our friends took us here to the Gilbert house. We very much enjoyed the maze playground outside. Well constructed with lots of places to climb though and hide when playing tag with the family. There are several slides, one being a spiral one with about 5 total spins. Sure makes u dizzy when getting out at the bottom. The indoor area was fun as well, but for our active family, the playground was the hit. We also packed a lunch and ate it there on tables outside.
