Eastern Oregon Museum

Located in Haines, the museum began as the Elkhorn Grange’s annual hobby show. It opened it’s doors in 1958 in the former school gym built in 1932. The museum reflects the mining, ranching, and farm life of the Haines and upper Baker Valley.

The Eastern Oregon Museum in Haines Oregon is one of 7 Museums in Baker County  where visitors can explore local and regional history. 

Open: Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend

Operating Hours:
Thursday thru Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  
Sunday: 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
