We come back every year sometimes more than once a year to stay st Cavalier Condominiums. The unit has fabulous ocean views with big windows, fireplace, beautiful and clean atmosphere and you can't ask for a better place to enjoy yourself at the coast. Staff is amazing in accommodating your needs. Highly recommend and be back again soon.

Ultimate Pacific NW Coastal Getaway
Spectacular ocean views, private beach access, spacious and well-maintained accommodations, clubhouse with pool and games, and terrific location just south of Lincoln City. Stayed in six different units here over the past three years and thoroughly enjoyed each stay, especially during fall and winter seasons. Cavalier Condos is our favorite location for a relaxing several days on the coast.

Unit 32 - a great stay!
Came for a long October weekend. Life long Oregonian, and yet I'd never heard of Cavalier Condos before. The view was spectacular! The building sits up on a hill, look right out on the beach and ocean. The complex has a set of stairs down to the beach. This is an uncrowded beach at this time of year. Very walkable too. I stayed in unit 32. I had assigned, covered parking. It really was only 7 small steps up to the unit from the walkway. The condo was spacious and very clean. Fireplace - I didn't use, but it was ready with a load of wood if you wanted. Bathrooms, very traditional, small. One with a corner shower and other with a bath/shower. Updated Toto toilets - nice. The kitchen was very clean. Spacious cupboards set aside for you to use for you own food. Fridge, clean, empty - put what you want in; take it all when you go. Enough dishes, cooking implements, to satisfy my needs. Quiet - I didn't really hear anyone up, down or next to me. If the units were occupied, I didn't hear. The balcony had 4 chairs and 2 little tables. When sitting in the chairs, you were secluded. Even at the edge of the balcony I didn't feel exposed or lack of privacy. All in all a very nice condo, excellent view, terrific sunsets. Whale views abounded in the nearby Rock Creek State Park/Whale Cove, and Depot Bay - I think they were the resident ones, but they were spouting and a bit visible. These grays were not making leaps and such, just lumbering along eating. Newport bay front maybe 15-20 min south; Lincoln City Outlet Mall, maybe 15 min north. Great location this condo!

Our favorite place on the coast
We always enjoy the Cavalier. It is right on the ocean for a spectacular view and easy to walk on the beach. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The manager, Simon, remembers our names.

Great Family Vacation spot
My family had a great experience at Cavalier Condos! The property management was so helpful. It's a great location and the extra amenities, ie - indoor heated pool, sauna, bbq grills, beach toys, bounce house, ... made it a wonderful place to just "hang out" all day. We were a large family group, had 4 condos in a row, and this place had something for everyone. We will def be coming back to this place!
