We stayed in Flat 1. Location was fine. It smelled really bad in the hallway and the room smelled musty. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open. The bed was on rollers on a hardwood floor so it moved across the floor every time you touched it. The wine glass had lip gloss on it. I had thought I booked the full service flat, but when I got there that was not the case. I showed my disappointment and clearly stated that I didn't want to be in those flats. They didn't offer any sort of solution. Maybe moving us to the hotel or moving us to a full service flat. I checked online later and there were availabilities. Very disappointing. I will choose different accommodations next time.

Great stay in a beautiful town!
Gorgeous and comfortable, our Christmastime stay was so nice. The hosts are really welcoming and there is plenty to see and do in downtown that is just outside your door. It’s so beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen.

3rd Street Flats - Fabulous place to stay in McMinnville!
The decor was fabulous, the staff were professional and knowledgeable regarding local places to eat and shop. This was a perfect place for a weekend in McMinnville. I wish we could have stayed longer.
