Good for exploring the area
This is a good resort with friendly staff. The pads need some work since they not really leveled but a bonus is that they keep the pool and the hot tub open after labour day. Internet works great but there's no TV and reception via your antenna is limited. They don't have enough spaces to stay in for travelers since they split off a part of their campground for vintage trailer that are rented out. The highway is very noisy and they should do something about dog owners who keep their dogs at home while they are away, lots of dog yapping and that's very annoying.

Best private park experience we have ever had!
I can't say enough good things about this place. The bathrooms and showers are spotless, the water is hot, the pool is warm and clean, and the grounds are immaculate. Many of the occupants are long term, but you'd never know it. They are friendly and tidy, I imagine mostly retired snowbird-type middle class and wealthy folk, i.e., it is NOT a trailer park. The utilities worked great, our kids and pets were welcome at no extra cost, and Leilani, who checked us in and out, went out of her way to help us when we were desperate for a spot and the park was nearly full. When we had mechanical trouble, the park was accommodating, letting us use the pool past checkout while we acquired mobile repairs. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you need a couple of nights so you can visit the Evergreen Aviation Museum and Waterpark. Happy travels!

Nice Park. Great Owners, Poor Help
This is a one and five combined. One for park management which is hard to find when you need them. Check in and door is locked. Knock and the door is opened. I step in to the office and the door is locked again which is during normal hours. The help here is a chronic problem here. When the owners aren't around it's sketchy at best. Toilet is seriously blocked this morning no one to be found, phone doesn't go to voicemail. Last year, due to a mix up with our reservation, we got a coupon for our next stay. Turns out it's only good in the vintage trailers which is of no use to us. The park itself is very nice and picturesque. Many live aboards so if this bothers you be aware. Pool and hot tub area is quite nice during the season. One stall in the bathroom so if the afore mentioned problem exists, you are out of luck. We also had an issue with water pressure at our site. We have an expensive regulator but seven times we could not get the pressure below 110 psi. Blew a line off the ice maker and had to clean up gallons of water from the inside and below. Fortunately most of the water in the storage bays wound up un the bins which made clean up easier but soaked everything in them.

Great location, beware what lies out back
On a trip to taste wine in Oregon's Willamette Valley, we thought this park was a great location for ourselves and our friends and our small RVs. And indeed, the park is centrally located for all you want to see and taste in the valley wine country. And if you travel with dogs, good news, because a gate lets you outside the property to a Dayton off-leash dog park. It was on our first visit to the dog park that we discovered why the RV park smells frequently of ... poo poo. The property backs right up to Dayton's sewage treatment plant. We were there on cool days in October, so it was only occasionally an issue. Might be a bit more smelly in the summer. Also, we noticed the best spots in the park are for long-term residents, so there's no chance of parking on the quiet side of the park. If you drive a Behemoth, and want to stay indoors all the time, you may be just fine with this and the somewhat treeless spaces. If you drive a small travel trailer and hope to enjoy the landscape ... not so much. Even through there aren't many trees, the spaces are large, and the concrete pads generous. Just don't breath too deep, and take earplugs.

Makes a Great Base Camp
We stayed here for a week while we toured the area wineries and vineyards. The staff was friendly. Store appeared to stock all the camping staples (snacks, etc). We were off-loading one of our propane tanks and the "long-term" camper across the way suggested to us that we drive down the road about half a mile to buy propane and save ourselves some money. Down at Water Dog RV the price of propane is half what it is here at the park. Loved looking at the vintage trailers and to our surprise they were all rented last weekend. It's late in the season and the cost is that of a decent hotel room. Every site is nicely manicured around the cement pads. There's plenty of space to park your vehicle and put out your awning. The park is close to hundreds of wineries and restaurants.
