Family trip to see Oregon Caves
We were a group of 11 spanning three generations. Five of us were in a electric + water RV spot, and the other six were in the two cabins. The cabin sleepers all commented on the excellent firm mattresses. All the campground facilities were clean and in good repair. The resort owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We utilized the provided cornhole and volleyball / badminton setups and all had a great time playing these in the evening. The graveled teepee area is lighted and has a communal fire pit as well as individual fire pits. The teepees were unoccupied the first night we were there so we used the communal pit. The owners came out and showed us how to turn on the lights. We really enjoyed that! The lake has a nice walking trail around it. One of group fished from the bank and had some success. The lake was too weedy for good swimming, but it was OK for wading out and dunking to cool off. The nearby Illinois River is where to go for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we recommend the resort to anyone wanting a relaxing spot when visiting SW Oregon.

The best place to have a family gathering.
There are many amenities at the resort. Swimming, disc golf, volleyball ball, badminton, corn hole, horse shoes, and campfires. The bathrooms are clean and have a shower. Store close by for those little things you may have forgotten or that cold ice cream you are craving on a hot day.

Lake Selma
We had a lovely time staying here. Although we had some miscommunication on the camp sites and reservation issues, Tony was more than willing to accommodate for us. I was very overwhelmed and got quite upset. I also said some things out of frustration and Tony still politely helped us come up with a solution! Thankful for his grace and understanding. The camp hosts are amazing and keep everything clean and neat. Our family loves spending time at this place, no matter the camp ground we’ve always had a GREAT experience! Thanks Tony and Alice!

10/10 do not recommend
Covid had caused my mom to go out of business as a massage therapist without much opportunity for recovery, so my mom decided to buy a trailer to live in instead of the apartment we had been living in at the time to save money. Me and my family had arrived on July 1st with a reservation for 30 days so that my mom could have time to look for another campsite to move to after the 30 days was up (the manager knew this and they had come to an agreement for early check in at 11am on the 1st). When we pulled into the driveway of the property, the manager came down and asked us why we were there, and we explained that we had an 11 o'clock check in, to which she replied "well check-in isn't until 2pm so you have to leave" (quite rudely if i might add). My step dad explained that my mom had made prior plans with someone for an 11 o'clock check-in. she told my stepdad, "well yeah I have an 11 o'clock check-in that I'm expecting, I just don't know who YOU are" (again, quite rudely). That alone didn't exactly give us a welcoming feeling. The rest of that day was fine. The next morning, we had explained to the camp host AND the manager that we would be having guests over. They both explained that there was a maximum of 6 guests and they had to be registered if they would be spending the night. Around 10pm that night (4 hours after the manager closed the office) 2 of our 4 guests decided that they wanted to stay the night with us, It was obviously past closing time so we weren't able to register them that night, we figured we would just register them in the morning when we woke up because that's what the manager/camp host told us to do. In the morning the next day about 2-3 hours after we had woken up, the manager had knocked on my mom's door and asked her to come down to the office to talk like she was a principle and my mom coming in, So my mom went down to the office, where there were 3 other customers present, the manager had laid down my moms signed contract on the counter and started berating my mom (in front of the other customers) asking her if she even read the contract before she signed it, very condescendingly. My mom read the contract very thoroughly, the office was just closed at the time the two children decided to stay the night with us, so we couldn't check them in at the time and we were just going to check them in that afternoon. The manager kept berating my mom so much that she started to cry, when my mom went to step out for a minute to collect herself, the manager said "don't just walk out on me, why are you getting all emotional, first you came in to talk now your leaving, I just don't know what's going through your head." and said my mom had 1 week to get out, even though we had paid for a full month and were only there for 3 days so far. My mom didn't want to confront the manager again after the way she had been treated so my step dad went down to the office to ask for the owners information so we could file a report. She asked if it was in regard to site #2 (the site we were on), My step dad said "yeah, well its more just about your conduct". Once she heard that she flipped and would not give my step dad the owners information and said "if you want the owners information you can look it up for yourself now". Basically once she heard we wanted to report her specifically she decided not to give us the owners information like we requested. Later that day she came over to the site we were on and said that she had a refund for us, we said okay and started walking with her and let her know that we filed a report against her because we looked up the owner's information on our own like she told us to. She then tried to tell us that the owner we reported it to didn't even own the property when we literally found that information out from a realtor company. My mom continued to walk with her down towards the office, and the manager backed away from my mom like she was trying to assault her or something (we have a recording, nothing like that even happened, my mom was just walking side by side with her). Once she did that she decided to call the cops on us because we were "harassing" her. Once the cops all left and all was said and done, the three officers that showed up told my mom that she now only had 24 hours to get off the property instead of the full week which was originally offered because she decided she wanted us gone and she made the assumption that we wouldn't leave on our own, and she refused to give us anything in writing stating that we HAD to leave. My mom does not have a truck that can haul her trailer and so HAD to find someone to haul her trailer for her, which takes time (the manager knew this and knew that the only reason we had booked a month was because there was literally no where else we could have gone, and apparently didn't care). The next day my mom got her refund with almost 0 words spoken, and we left.

Lovely place to stay
The people who work here are amazing! Jodi came outside in the dark and walked us to our campsite, she even helped us back the truck in. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the lake is beautiful! Definitely going to stay here again.
