Great Park
Great prices, great staff, I would highly recommend stopping by here. This is a family friendly park and it shows. Wifi was excellent which is a change and is included in the price, overall was a great experience. Even the dog had a great time with room to run.

A Hidden Gem: Affordable Comfort in a Pristine Setting
We recently stayed two nights at an exceptional RV park that stands out for cleanliness, smart layout, and affordability. Each site is well-equipped with its own sewage connection, a green space, and a picnic table, which add to the comfort and convenience. The shower facilities are notable - they’re free and thoughtfully designed with a bench and floor covered in a non-slip plastic carpet, keeping clothes dry and ensuring safety. There’s also a handy communal sink outside for dishwashing. Impressively, this park offers the best value for money we've seen since we started our trip from San Francisco. Highly recommended for a pleasant camping experience.

An older RV park but OK
Stayed one night on our way south. Park was clean and well kept. Yes, there were full-timers but we didn't notice some of the things that the other reviewers said. Check-in was very nice and one of the residents gave me a couple of zuchinis and a tomato that he had grown - very nice. The spot we were given was a good size and easy to get in and out of. Would I want to be here for a longer stay? Maybe not but it was perfectly fine otherwise.

Yikes what a dump once your in!
As you drive up, there’s green grass, looks inviting, then you come right in and it’s pretty bad. A lot of broken down looking trailers in disrepair, the sites are too narrow, barely fits the width of the trailer, so you end up walking on wet grass. Our neighbor is 6 feet from our slide out! Residents walking around looking like they are homeless, it’s not a pretty site. One guy with 3 dogs walking loose, and abuses one of the dogs because she wanted to come and greet us, scary dude.

Run down but ok
Stayed overnight on our way to California. Sites are paved but very bumpy/uneven. Picked a site next to one of the 2 playgrounds only to find it was just a grassy area, the other playground near the entrance actually has swings & play equipment. Looks run down but it's quiet and a quick stop off the I-5.
